FOUR SEASON is residential complex from the developer of Redco, located in the ski resort of Gudauri, in the new district of New Gudari.
Gudauri ski resort is located in the Kazbegi district, Georgia, in 120 km from Tbilisi at an altitude of 2150 m, near the Cross Pass. The ski season in Gudauri begins in the second half of December and continues until May, during this time is possible to skiing on all tracks.

The FOUR SEASON complex consists of four hotels apartment (F1, F2, F3, F4 – F3 is not for sale) with internal two-level courtyards and its own infrastructure. The courtyards will be connected by stairs and covered escalators, which will give zest to this project. Four Season residents will use the bridge to access completed projects and new gondola lift. The project is located on land plot of 23465 m2.
The facing materials used for this complex are modern and high-quality materials, such as wood and other aluminum panels, decorative concrete. Balconies with glass railings and black aluminum stained glass windows emphasize the style of the modern ski complex.
The complex will have 550 apartments with an area of 29 sq. m., lobby, restaurant and commercial space, indoor swimming pool, spa and fitness center, 24/7 security services, concierge, indoor underground parking ($10,000), ski storage ($1000)
The service object is $2,5 m2, depending on the size of the apartment – central heating, water, Internet and TV is included in this cost, as well as security, reception, cleaning, maintenance of lifts. Water and electricity on separate meter, paid separately by the owner.
